Back in May 2008, Nintendo launched the highly-anticipated WiiWare service on Wii. You might recall that one of the service's launch titles was a game by Frontier Developments and was called LostWinds - a game that has since found a massive fanbase all around the world, so much so that in Japan, Square Enix stepped in to publish the game on the region's WiiWare service.

The WiiWare service was launched with LostWinds. Today, it celebrates its 100th game - and how fitting that that game should be LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias.
